SFU is a Canadian open exploration college in British Columbia, positioned Canada's top Comprehensive University by MaCleans Magazine in 2009 and 57th on the planet and third in Canada by Webometrics Ranking of World Universities. Following 30 years of arranging the City of Burnaby endorsed SFU's Official Community Plan (OCP) in 1996 after the University consented to exchange 320 hectares of its property to the Burnaby Mountain Conservation Area.

How UniverCity Began

In 1963 Arthur Erickson and Geoff Massey drafted an arrangement for what is currently UniverCity with the vision of a urban focus as a feature of Simon Fraser University (SFU), despite the fact that it would be 40 years until their arrangement would come to fruition. 2003 denoted the underlying year of development and a one of a kind group at Simon Fraser University was conceived. UniverCity right now brags more than 3,000 occupants and extreme arrangements require a sum of 4,500 private units in various neighborhoods with schools, parks and different comforts. In a matter of seconds, there are nine private condominium towers, one all town home complex and a three-building low-ascent improvement. From single guy suites to 3 and 4 room town homes with private yards and carports that oblige babysitter quarters, there is a home that will meet all tastes and necessities.
